By accessing or using timorprimesolutions.com (the “Site”), you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms of Use. The Site is operated under the name Timor Prime Solutions J2 (“Timor Prime Solutions”, “we”, “us” or “our”). If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the Site.

2. Purpose of the Site

The Site presents Timor Prime Solutions, a multidisciplinary consulting, research and technical advisory firm rooted in Timor-Leste. It provides institutional information about our expertise, career opportunities and ways to contact us.

Information made available on the Site is general and informative. It is not legal, financial, medical, investment, procurement or other regulated professional advice.

3. No automatic professional engagement

Accessing the Site, downloading a publication, sending an enquiry or exchanging preliminary messages does not create a client, adviser, contractor, employment, partnership, fiduciary or other professional relationship. A professional engagement exists only after the relevant parties sign a written agreement defining scope, responsibilities, fees, timelines, confidentiality and other applicable conditions.
